As a licensed marriage and family therapist, Allie approaches clients with curiosity and understanding while fostering an environment in which clients can promote their own self-discovery. Allie’s primary specialty is helping those who have experienced trauma. She’s a Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist and certified Sand Play therapist who is also trained in EMDR, Ketamine-assisted therapy, Animal Assisted Therapy, and Somatic Attachment Therapy.
Allie serves as a developmental guide during therapy and believes clients are the experts of their own lives. She assists clients as they turn inward and look at all aspects of themselves. She works with her clients to enhance their self-awareness and understanding of how past events and experiences may influence their emotions, self-worth, and identity.
